Off Piste in the Northeast is an ever-evolving, multi-media slideshow (still photos and video footage) featuring skiing adventure throughout the northeast US/Canada.
Highlights in this year's show will include: a 3-day, descent-filled, hut-to-hut ski trip through the heart of the Green Mountains; an overnight, canoe-supported, skiing adventure down Vermont’s White River Valley; a mid-winter detour to ID's Sawtooth Mtns; steep skiing in NH's White Mountains; deep powder skiing in Vermont; and fresh video footage from throughout the northeast.
A raffle of sponsor-donated prizes will follow each show, with support provided by a variety of Vermont businesses, including Nutty Stephs, Mad River Glen, Sugarbush, VT Artisan Tea and Coffee, VT Brownie Co., Darn Tough, VT Peanut Butter, Backcountry Magazine, as well as other partners in the outdoor industry - including Voile USA, Outdoor Research, Black Diamond, Mammut USA and Patagonia. Proceeds will support their work with organizations including the Winter Wildlands Alliance, the Green Mountain Club, VT Natural Resources Council and others. Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.
